Shipping policy

Ready-Stock Items 

All items are shipped within 7 business days. If your address was incorrect upon placing your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours to fix an incorrect shipping address. If you do not reach out to us within 24 hours and we fulfill your order on time, then we are not liable for shipping the product to the wrong address on file.

Please account and be patient for shipping delays in peak order times such as holidays. We will do our best to ship in a timely manner and delays are sometimes with the courier.

 

Pre Order Items

If a product is listed as a Pre-Order, this Pre-Order Shipping Policy supersedes and overrides our standard Shipping Policy for that product (the one above).

Any estimated delivery dates automatically displayed at checkout, in your cart, or generated by Shopify or third-party shipping integrations do not apply to Pre-Order items. The correct estimated shipping timeframe is stated in the product description, but is subject for delays.

By placing a Pre-Order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The listed shipping timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Production or supply chain factors may cause reasonable delays.

  • Shipment timing may differ from automated checkout estimates.
