A REAL STONE DIAL
The dial is cut from genuine malachite, selected for its deep green banding and natural variation, making every piece visually distinct. Its rich, almost hypnotic color gives the watch a high-jewelry interpretation of the casino world we are building.
The stone’s organic pattern brings movement to the dial without needing additional decoration, while its polished finish gives it the presence of a vintage jewelry watch. Inspired by old-world stone dials and high-jewelry watchmaking, the malachite turns the casino reference into something more refined.
FUNCTIONAL ROULETTE MOTIF
The roulette function brings the casino concept to life, turning the watch from a visual reference into an interactive object.
Enabled by our in-house engineering, the mechanism gives the wearer a functional game of chance on the wrist—playful in spirit, but considered in execution. It reflects how we think about watchmaking: technical creativity should not only impress, but also create moments of surprise, interaction, and enjoyment.
Where many watches hide their complexity behind traditional complications, this detail makes the engineering feel immediate, graphic, and unmistakably Törner. The result is a watch that feels alive. It is designed to be worn, played with, noticed, and remembered.
In many ways, the roulette function captures the essence of the brand itself—serious enough to build something difficult, but unserious enough to make it fun.
THE MOVEMENT REIMAGINED
At the core of the watch is a Japanese automatic movement based on the widely respected Seiko NH35 platform—known for its reliability, durability, and everyday performance. Featuring 24 jewels, a 42-hour power reserve, 21,600 vibrations per hour, and both hacking and manual winding functionality, it has earned its reputation as a true mechanical workhorse.
We didn’t stop there.
The movement has been modified in-house to power a custom functional roulette—transforming a traditional mechanical caliber into something playful and unconventional. Time-telling works as usual, but the external element of a playable roulette enables our vision of a true casino on the wrist. The result is mechanical credibility paired with creative reinterpretation.
